• Final Decision: c8888's decisions on all gaming disputes, including sportsbook settlement disputes, bonus eligibility determinations, and account closure decisions, are final and binding once the escalation process has been exhausted.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation being produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation and enforcement.
